IC-XC Christ Pantokrator, seated facing on a square-backed throne, bearded, nimbate, and wearing a tunic and himation, raising his right hand in benediction and holding book of gospels in his left; border of dots. Rev. + AΛΕΞIΩ ΔEC-ΠOT' TΩ KOMNIN Bearded figure of Alexius standing facing, wearing crown with cross and pendilia, divitision, and loros, and holding labarum in his right hand and globus cruciger in his left.
