IONIA. Klazomenai. Circa 370-360 BC. Drachm (Silver, 15 mm, 4.05 g, 11 h), Klearistos. Laureate head of Apollo facing, turned slightly to the left, wearing chlamys visible along the neckline. Rev. ΚΛΕΑΡΙΣ-[ΤΟΣ] Swan standing left with open wings, his head bent down to feed. BMFA 1872 ( same dies ). Rare. Well-centered, sharply struck and of a florid late Classical style. Some surface roughness on the reverse, otherwise, extremely fine.
