Postumus, Romano-Gallic Emperor, 260-269. Antoninianus (Billon, 21 mm, 4.23 g, 12 h), Cologne, 268. IMP C POSTVMVS P F AVG Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Postumus to right. Rev. REST ORBIS Postumus, laureate and wearing armor, standing right, holding long spear in his left hand and extending his right hand to a turreted female figure who kneels to left before him, holding a cornucopiae with her left hand and clasping the emperor’s hand with her right. AGK 75. Cohen 323. Cunetio -. Elmer 592. RIC 324. Very rare. Well-struck on a broad flan. Extremely fine.
