LUCANIA. Metapontum. Circa 510-470 BC. Stater (Silver, 23.5 mm, 7.90 g, 12 h). META (retrograde) Ear of barley with seven grains. Rev. Ear of barley with six grains, all incuse; rayed border. HN III 1482. Noe 178. Toned. A few marks, otherwise, nearly very fine.
From an old collection in Davos, Grisons, formed before the 1990s.
