KINGS OF MACEDON. Alexander III 'the Great' (336-323 BC). Drachm. (17mm, 4.1 g) Miletos. Obv: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin. Rev: AΛEΞANΔPOY. Zeus seated left with eagle and sceptre. Controls: monogram within circle in left field and double axe below throne.
