6 litrae circa 214-212, AR 5.06 g. Bearded head of Heracles l., wearing lion's skin headdress. Rev. ΣYPAKOΣIΩN Nike driving fast biga r., holding kentron and reins: below horses, ΞA. Gulbenkian 361. SNG Lloyd 1570 (these dies). Burnett, Enna hoard, D44 (these dies).
Very rare and in exceptional condition for the issue. A portrait of exquisite style, work
of a very talented master engraver, perfectly struck and centred on a full flan.
Light iridescent tone and good extremely fine

Ex NAC sale 9, 1996, 271. From the Athos and Dina Moretti collection and Exceptional Collection assembled between the early 70s and late 90s.
