A Crimean War Group of 3 awarded to Driver Henry Williams, “J” Troop, Royal Horse Artillery, comprising: Crimea, 1854-56, 3 clasps, Balaklava, Inkermann, Sebastopol, with silver claw-type top bar (H. Williams. I. Troop. Royal H. A - - illery), erased and engraved in upright capitals; Jubilee, 1887, in bronze, unnamed; Turkish Crimea, 1855-56, Sardinian Issue, with replacement suspension loop (Dr. H. Williams. J. Troop. R.H.A.), depot impressed naming; Group loose, the first two with edge bruises, almost very fine, the latter extremely fine (3) 1648 Driver Henry Williams is confirmed on the Crimea Medal Roll with 3-clasp entitlement as above. One of the various roll entries also states ‘At Scutari’ suggesting a wound or illness suffered during this service.
