Neil, 2 Shrops: Lt Infy), lightly toned, extremely fine. Private W. Neill is confirmed on the Q.S.A. Medal Roll as having served with the 2nd Battalion Shropshire Light Infantry with entitlement as above, however he does not appear to be entitled to the Wittebergen clasp.
