Description

★ Very rare ★

INDIA, Post-Mauryan (Punjab). Taxila (local coinage). Circa 220-185 BC. AE (Bronze, 20x16 mm, 8.10 g, 9 h). NEGAMA ('Guild' in Brahmi) Bull recumbent to left. Rev. NEGAMA ('Guild' in Kharoshthi) above monoram and a facing lion head. ZENO-219319 ( this coin ). Very rare. Active corrosion on the reverse, otherwise, about very fine.
