Constantine I, 307/310-337. Follis (Silvered bronze, 20 mm, 3.51 g, 6 h), Rome, circa 320. CONST-ANTINVS AVG Laureate, helmeted and cuirassed bust of Constantine I to right, the helmet decorated with two stars. Rev. ROMAE A-ETERNAE / P - R / R T Roma seated right, inscribing with her right hand shield set on her left knee with X/V in two lines; at her side, shield. RIC 147. Well struck and with a lovely brown patina. Very minor weakness on the reverse, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
