Miliaresion (Bronze, 20 mm, 0.92 g), a late imitation of a miliaresion of Basil II Bulgaroktonos with Constantine VIII (976-1025). Cross crosslet with central X and pellet-in-crescent set upon globus on four steps; to left and right, crowned facing busts of Basil II and Constantine VIII; around, pellets. Rev. Pellets. Holed twice and with a large flan crack, otherwise, good fine.
