ISLAMIC, Persia (Pre-Seljuq). Samanids. Nasr II ibn Ahmad, AH 301-331 / AD 914-943. Dirham (Silver, 29 mm, 2.70 g, 10 h), citing the Abbasid caliph al-Qahir, Samarqand, AH 321 = AD 933/4. Album 1451. Beautifully toned. Light corrosion and a few scratches, otherwise, very fine.
