ISLAMIC, Persia (Pre-Seljuq). Samanids. Isma'il I ibn Ahmad, AH 279-295 / AD 892-907. Dirham (Silver, 29 mm, 2.65 g, 1 h), citing Isma'il ib Ahmad and the Abbasid caliph al-Muktafi billah, Andaraba, AH 293 = AD 905/6. Album 1443. Struck from slightly worn dies and the obverse somewhat corroded, otherwise, good very fine.
