CILICIA. Tarsus. Hadrian, 117-138. Tridrachm (Silver, 24 mm, 10.19 g, 12 h). ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙ ΘΕ ΤΡ ΠΑΡ ΥΙ ΘΕ ΝΕΡ ΥΙ ΤΡAI ΑΔΡΙΑ[ΝΟϹ ϹE] Laureate head of Hadrian to right, with slight drapery on his left shoulder. Rev. ΤΑΡϹΕΩΝ ΜΗΤΡΟΠΟΛΕΩϹ City-goddess, turreted and veiled, seated left, holding palm in her right hand and cornucopiae in her left; to left at feet, river-god Kydnos, crowned with wreath of sedge, swimming left.
