AΛЄΣΙ ΔЄCΠΟ [ ... ] Alexius III standing facing on the left, wearing crown and chlamys, holding akakia in his right hand and patriarchal cross toegether with St. Constantine, standing facing on the right, nimbate, bearded and crowned, wearing divitision and loros; in field to right, OKⲰ. DOC 1b. SB 2008. Fresh and sharply struck. The flan somewhat wavy and with minor weakness on the reverse, otherwise, extremely fine.
