Half Follis (Bronze, 23 mm, 5.15 g, 6 h), Cyzicus, RY 2 = AD 611/2. δ N hRACLIЧS PЄRP AVG Draped and cuirassed bust of Heraclius facing, with short beard, wearing plumed helmet and holding cross in his right hand and with a shield, decorated with a horseman, over his left shoulder. Rev. Large M between A/N/N/O and II; above, cross; below, A. DOC 172. MIB 187. SB 842. Attractive earthen highlights on a dark patina. The obverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, good very fine.
