ISLANDS OFF ATTICA, Aegina. Circa 480-457 BC. Stater (Silver, 21 mm, 12.15 g). Sea turtle with line of pellets down the back of its shell. Rev. Square incuse with large skew pattern. Basel 2 ( this coin ). Meadows, Aegina, Group IIIa. Milbank Pl. I, 15. Lightly toned and very well centered. Minor die wear on the obverse, otherwise, about extremely fine.
