Description

Baden. Leopold I Taler 1833 MS66 NGC, Karlsruhe mint, KM195.2, Dav-519, AKS-79, Thun-19. Variety with star below date. Fully deserving of its superior certification from NGC, the coin at hand truly admits next to no surface flaws, the occasional stray wisp rapidly disappearing beneath the offering's prevalent rays of cartwheel luster and champagne tone. Only the second example in this grade that we have ever handled. Ex. Johann Max Böttcher Collection (Harald Möller Auction 42, November-December 2006, Lot 96) From the Cape Coral Collection of German Coins, Part I
