An issue which occasionally approaches, yet very rarely meets, fully Choice Mint State certification, making the present offering a particularly appealing find. Remarkably bright in the fields (naturally so) compared to the dark toning often exhibited for the type, we would note a few small scratches through the reverse city view, which likely cap the assigned grade.
