Among the key-dates within this almost universally condition-sensitive series, to date exceeded by a mere 2 examples across the NGC and PCGS certified populations. Just the third representative we have handled of this issue, the offering bears uniformly strong details, a darkened russet and crimson envelope tone encroaching from the peripheries, and just some scattered light wisps precluding fully choice status. Certainly among the nicest specimens to have come to auction in recent memory.
