D N THEODO-SIVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Theodosius I right, seen from front / CONCORDI-A AVGGG I, Constantinopolis seated facing on plain throne, helmeted head right, right foot on prow, grounded scepter in right hand, shield in left inscribed VOT / X / MVLT / XV; CONOB in exergue.
