Kuang-hsü 20 Cents ND (1908) MS65 NGC, Tientsin mint, KM-Y13, L&M-12, Kann-217, WS-0030. Variety with dot at the end of the dragon's tail. Near the very peak of certification for the type at NGC, and currently exceeded by only a single "66" for its impressive technical merits. The devices are firmly struck upon shimmering, pearly surfaces that display a noteworthy undercurrent lilac coloration, these contrasting with traces of scattered iridescence. Even close observation yields exceedingly few signs of contact, placing this praiseworthy gem in an elite tier.
