Württemberg. Wilhelm I gold 5 Gulden 1825-W MS63+ Prooflike NGC, Stuttgart mint, KM563, Fr-3613, D&S-229. Mintage: 5,956. A very carefully produced striking, its attention to detail readily apparently in the Prooflike designation awarded by NGC. Indeed, even when held at an arm's length, the coin's reflectivity is readily apparent. Although NGC does not display population data for this piece, it is almost certainly the only such example to be awarded this superior certification, and is likely among the finest available.
