Leopold II silver Proof Restrike Franc 1886 PR64 NGC, Bogaert-1242B1. Reeded edge. Flemish legends. A quite attractive piece featuring an engaging mirrorlike reflectivity throughout. The only example we have been able to locate. While the mintage is unknown, the collector estimates that there are between 5 and 25 pieces struck of this issue. Sold with Administration des Monnaies envelope.
