At the time of cataloging, this Specimen is one of only two notes graded in the PMG Population Report. It appears that a fully issued banknote was converted to a Specimen by red overprints and a perforated cancellation. This is the first we have offered, and there are no sales records for this type in Specimen form. An important opportunity to acquire this Austrian rarity.
