Mongolia Commercial and Industrial Bank 10 Tugrik 1941 Pick 24s Specimen PMG Choice Uncirculated 63. A handsome and scarce Specimen, this note would be desirable in any grade. PMG mentions a small corner tear for accuracy, as well as unusually strong embossing. A red overprint on each side is seen. Quite pleasing.
