ATHENS, Tet, 449-413 BC, Athena head r/owl stg r, S2526; Choice Mint State, obv well centered, rev nrly so, on somewhat elongated flan; Great metal with flashy mint luster. Very sharp strike with the obv hair waves incredibly crisp. That's what I look for on these. Most examples from recent hoard lack this. (An EF brought $9200, Triton 1/12.)
