ABC 761, VA−, BMC 476, DK 214, S−. CCI 09.4693 (this coin). VF/Good VF, neat flan of dark rose-gold, full wheel and pelletal sun. Ex John Follows collection. Found Crondall, Hampshire, 2006. EXTREMELY RARE only eleven other solid gold examples known.

There is a unique bird-like face concealed on the obverse at 7 o’clock. The three-tailed horse is particularly well centred and we can see the two main ornaments: the large pelletal sun in front and the wheel below, with all six spokes clearly visible.
