Obverse: Facial bust of saint martyr Theodoros, nimbate, in military garments, holding a spear in his right and a shield in his left, sigla in the fields, Ο/ΘΕ/Ο-[Δ]/Ω/ΡΟ, (Saint Theodoros), dotted border.
Reverse: Inscription in 7 lines, [+ΚΕRΘ]/ΤΟΝΟΙΚΕΤ,/ΙΩCΟΝΛΟΓ[Ε]/ΤΟΝΔΟΥΚΑΛ[ΙΤ,]/ΜΑΡΤΥΡΟC/ΘΕΟΔΩΡ/ΟΥ = Κύριε, βοήθει τὸν οἰκέτην Ἰωάννην σόν, Λόγε, τὸν Δοῦκα, λιταῖς μάρτυρος Θεοδώρου (Lord [the incarnate] Word, help your servant John Ducas, by the prayers of martyr Theodoros), no visible border.
