SELJUK / BYZANTINE HEAVY GOLD BRACELET WITH THREE CABOCHONS

Ca. AD 900 - 1100 A Seljuk/Byzantine heavy gold bracelet with hoop triangular section adorned with incised stylised kufic inscription and hammered faces close to the hinge. It has a high bezel securing a round stone flanked by two red garnets on the shoulders of the bracelet.
