Obverse: Facial bust of a bishop saint, bare-headed, wearing omophorion, a cross in either side in the field, all within wreath border.

Reverse: Inscription in 3 lines, +ΜΙ/ΧΑΗΛ/ΙΟΥCΤΡΛ (of Michaelios stratelates), all within wreath border.
