Byzantine lead seal of uncertain officer
(ca 11th cent.)
Obverse: Uncertain depiction of saint (possibly of the Mother of God as Blachernitissa), with sigla and circular inscription.
Reverse: Inscription in 5 (?) lines to be deciphered.
Condition: Very Fine
Weight: 6,9 gram
Diameter: 22,9 mm
