Obverse: Saint Basileios (?) standing, facial, nimbate, wearing prelate's garments, blessing by his right and holding the book of Gospels in his left, sigla, Ο/Α/ΓΙ/Ο(C)-[R]ΑCΙΛ[ΕΙΟ]C (?) (Saint Basileios), dotted border.
Reverse: Inscription in 5 (?) lines to be deciphered (the only rather certain is the name of the owner of the seal, Thomas), dotted border.
