MACEDONIAN TRIBES, Moriaseis. 2nd century BC. AE. Laureate head of Zeus to right. Rev. MOPIAΣ[E]ΩN Star of six rays. P.R. Franke: MOPIAΣEΩN - Die erste Münze eines bislang unbekannten thrakisch-makedonischen Stammes, in: V. Spinoi & L. Munteanu: Miscellanea numismatica antiquitatis in honorem septagenarii magistri Virgilii Mihailescu. Bucarest 2008, pp. 67-8. Extremely rare, one of a very few known examples.
Franke located the Moriaseis in Macedon, however, if they are identical to the 'Moriseni' mentioned by Pliny (Nat. 4.18), they lived on the Thracian coast of the Pontox Euxinos, i.e. the Black Sea.
