Obverse: Saint Nicholaos standing, facing, nimbate, wearing prelate's garments, blessing by his right and holding the Book of Gospels by his left, sigla, Ο ΑΓΙΟC-Ν[Ι]Κ[Ο]ΛΑ(Ο)C (Saint Nicholaos), no visible border.
Reverse: Inscription in 8 lines, [Ο]ΜΩ[ΝΥ]/[Μ]ΩCΩΤΩ/ΚΡ(ΙΤΗ)ΑΚΟΙΜΗ[Τ]ΩΝ ΙΚΑ[Τ]/ΕΧΘΡΩΝΠΡΥΤΑΝΕΥCΟΙC/ΧΡΙCΜΑΤ/Ι[CΩ?] = Ὁμωνύμῳ σῷ, τῷ κριτῇ Ἀκοιμήτων, νίκας κατ᾽ ἐχθρῶν πρυτανεύσοις χρίσματι σῷ ([Saint Nicholaos], by your sanctity might you pray [to the Lord], to offer to your homonymous, being krites of the monastery of Akoimetoi, wins against the enemies), no visible border.
