The obverse of this medal bears the mark of the first Kuban campaign and the date: '1917 - 2 - November - 1967'. On the reverse, the inscription: 'In honor and dignity of Russia'. Medal diameter 50 mm. It was produced in several versions: silver (60 gr.) And brown (70 gr.). The specimen in the collection of relics of the Russian General Military Union was donated to the ROVS by a descendant of the White officer, Dr. Mikołaj Nikolaevich Grekov (Paris) on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Volunteer Army. It is a silver plated bronze medal weighing 66 grams. On the edge, the seal of the Paris Mint and the inscriptions: 'BRONZE' and '1967'.

W 1967 roku w Mennicy Paryskiej na zlecenie Towarzystwa Wojskowego (ORRVS) wybito jubileuszowy medal „W upamiętnienie 50 rocznicy rozpoczęcia wojny domowej w Rosji”. Tak nazwano ten medal w prasie emigracyjnej, choć o wiele słuszniej byłoby go nazwać: „Dla upamiętnienia 50 rocznicy powstania Armii Ochotniczej”. Na awersie tego medalu widnieje znak pierwszej kampanii Kubańskiej oraz data: „1917 - 2 - XI - 1967”. Na odwrocie napis: „Na cześć i godność Rosji”. Średnica medalu 50 mm. Produkowany był w kilku wersjach: srebrnej (60 gr.) I brązowej (70 gr.).
Okaz, znajdujący się w zbiorach relikwii rosyjskiego Generalnego Związku Wojskowego, został podarowany ROVS-owi przez potomka Białego oficera, doktora Mikołaja Nikołajewicza Grekowa (Paryż) z okazji 100-lecia powstania Armii Ochotniczej. Jest to posrebrzany brązowy medal o wadze 66 gramów. Na rancie pieczęć Mennicy Paryskiej oraz napisy: „BRONZE” i „1967”.
