Description
Viking Silver Filigree Pendant
9th-11th century AD. A discoid silver pendant with filigree border, four filigree scrolls to the centre with applied pellets to the field; the suspension loop formed from a triangular extension folded to the rear and decorated with filigree. 2.4 grams, 31mm (1 1/4"). From a London W1, UK, collection; acquired on the German art market before 2000. [No Reserve]
Very fine condition.
