Viking Whetstone Pendant
9th-11th century A.D. Square-section bar of tapering profile with hole at the broad end, wire loop and three small amuletic beads. Cf. Arbman, H., Birka I: Die Gräber, Uppsala, 1940, pl.108. 16.9 grams, 69 mm (2 3/4 in.). [No Reserve]
