Description

Neolithic Period, circa 2500-1500 B.C.. Irregular discoid scraper with long cutting edge; supplied with a custom-made stand. 52 grams, 75 mm (76 grams total, 95 mm including stand) (3 in. (3 3/4 in.)).

Found Air Mountains, Mauritania, Northern Sahara, North Africa. Acquired on the British art market. From the collection of a South West London, UK, specialist Stone Age collector. [No Reserve]
