14th-15th century A.D. Chessman-type matrix with central motif of a grotesque surrounded by the legend '+IE SV...' [‘I am’ – but also ‘Jesus’]. 8.2 grams, 25 mm (1 in.).
Found whilst searching with a metal detector in East Anglia, UK.
