Description

Circa 1900-1650 B.C. Comprising a spherical body with tall tubular neck with bulbs and U-section pouring spout, large strap handle to the rear; panels of hatched incised ornament to the body, pierced bulbs. 329 grams, 19.3 cm (7 5/8 in.).

Private family collection for the last 50 years. with Bonhams, London, 15 May 2008, no.375 (part). Property of a North London collector. Accompanied by copies of the relevant Bonhams catalogue pages and the original lot tag.
