Description
Circa 5th-3rd century B.C. With lateral piercing at the knee for attachment or suspension. Cf. life-size votive leg in the British Museum under accession no.1847,1101.8. 15.2 grams, 60 mm (2 3/8 in.).
From a collection acquired on the UK art market from various auction houses and collections mostly before 2000. From an important Cambridgeshire estate; thence by descent.
