Natural History - Very Large Fossil Orthoceras Sculpture
Devonian Period, circa 417-354 million years B.P.. Formed as a freestanding three-dimensional formation of torpedo-shapes on a chiselled matrix; each 'torpedo' with multiple Orthoceras sp. fossils, some showing the cross-section of the creature. 52.3 kg, 113.5 cm (44 3/4 in.).
