Description
Viking Age Twisted Bronze Bracelet
Circa 10th-12th century A.D.. Penannular in form with tightly twisted central band, flat finials each with incised hatching. Cf. Sedov, B.B., Finno-Ugri i Balti v Epokhi Srednevekovija, Moscow, 1987, pl.XLV(6), for type. 30 grams, 59 mm (2 1/4 in.).
