Viking Age Silver Snake-Headed Bracelet
Circa 9th-11th century A.D.. Penannular, round in section with punched scale detailing to the shank, opposed snake-head finials. 30.26 grams, 78 mm (3 in.).
Property of the vendor's grandfather, thence by family descent, circa 1985.From the private collection of a New York, USA gentleman.
