Stone Age 'Cissbury Ring' Polished Speckled Stone Axehead
Neolithic Period, 6th-4th millennium B.C. Beautifully shaped and polished axe with gently curved cutting edge, tapering butt. 211 grams, 93 mm (3 5/8 in.).

Found near Cissbury Ring Iron Age Hill Fort, near Worthing, West Sussex, UK, in the 1960s.Ex Ron Kerridge collection, West Sussex, UK.
