Dated 18[6]2 A.D. Bun head, dies 6G, with the third number in the date (6) very faintly struck. Obv: profile bust facing left with VICTORIA D G BRITT REG F D legend. Rev: Britannia seated with ONE PENNY legend; date in exergue. S. 3954; Peck 1685 [VR]; Freeman 59 [R11]. 8.19 grams. .

From a 1990s English collection. Property of an Essex gentleman. Accompanied by an old coin ticket stating 'unique'.
