Natural History - Mamite Fossil
Late Cretaceous Period, circa 90 million years B.P.. The coiled shell with distinctive horns. 351 grams, 10.2 cm (4 in.).
Ex Cambridgeshire, UK, collection. An uncommon species of ammonite that are found in the Cretaceous sediments of the Central High Atlas mountains. [No Reserve]
