Post Medieval Bronze Signet Ring with Crowned Initials
17th-18th century A.D. The hoop expanding to facetted shoulders and an octagonal bezel engraved with crowned initials '?H' within an angled wreath. 12.31 grams, 24.66 mm overall, 20.74 mm internal diameter (approximate size British V, USA 10 1/2, Europe 23.77, Japan 22) (1 in.).
Private collection formed since the 1940s. UK art market. Property of an Essex gentleman. [No Reserve]
