Description

Greek High-Glazed Black Ware Mug
4th-3rd century B.C. With flared base, bulbous body. tapering shoulder and flared mouth with everted rim, loop handle. Cf. similar in the collection of the British Museum under accession no.1931,0216.14.
69 grams, 71 mm (2 3/4 in.).
Private collection, Sussex, UK; acquired 1975-1990.
